AVON, Ohio (AP)—Zydrunas Ilgauskas(notes) is back in the Cleveland area three daysbefore he is eligible to re-sign with the Cavaliers.

Ilgauskas declined to comment to The Associated Press on Friday following aworkout at a suburban gym.

His agent, Herb Rudoy, told the AP in an e-mail that he will talk toCavaliers general manager Danny Ferry next week about returning the 7-foot-3center to Cleveland. The first day he can re-sign is Monday.

The Cavaliers traded Ilgauskas to Washington at the NBA’s trade deadline aspart of a three-team deal that brought Antawn Jamison(notes) and Sebastian Telfair(notes) toCleveland. Ilgauskas’ contract was bought out by the Wizards, making him a freeagent.
