Knee injury to Nuggets’ Andersen not bad

DENVER (AP)—The Denver Nuggets say Chris “Birdman” Andersen is day-to-daywith moderate patellar tendinitis in his right knee.
Anderson has been sore, so he underwent an MRI on Wednesday in Denver, andDr. Steve Traina said the test revealed no structural damage.
Also, guard Anthony Carter(notes) is listed as questionable for the Nuggets’ gameFriday night against the Clippers in Los Angeles. He has sat out the last twogames with a strained left hip.
